Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a supportive culture.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and design training and development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive packages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and driving organizational change.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
