We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRD to join the team at CV Dunia Hendy Jaya Motor. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and handling comprehensive human resources functions, with a specific focus on the shipping and logistics department. You will play a vital role in ensuring our workforce is aligned with the company's goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management and a deep understanding of the shipping industry. You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance matters. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for shipping, logistics, and general HR positions.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Handle payroll administration and attendance management efficiently.
- Conduct performance appraisals and develop training programs for staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and organizational goals.
- Manage labor contracts and legal documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with specific experience in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
