Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the HR department with strategic oversight of payroll processing and employee attendance systems
- Implement and maintain HRIS platforms to automate and optimize HR workflows
- Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage employee relations initiatives including grievances, engagement programs, and conflict resolution
- Oversee recruitment processes from talent sourcing to onboarding and integration
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
- Coordinate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in payroll processing and attendance management systems
- Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop HR teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
