Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations in all HR processes
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks
- Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes
- Advise management on legal matters related to employment termination, restructuring, and workplace investigations
- Represent the company in labor disputes and legal proceedings when necessary
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and implement necessary policy updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR legal roles, preferably in hospitality
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, UU No.13/2003)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in drafting employment contracts and policies
- Ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters discreetly
- Certification in HR or Labor Law (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
