Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support business goals.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding to build a world-class workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Sulawesi Tengah.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and recruitment platforms.
