Simone Accessary Collection is seeking a seasoned HRD Manager to lead our human resources department in Bogor, Jawa Barat. We are a growing organization with a commitment to excellence, and we need a strategic leader to manage our workforce of over 2000 employees. This full-time role offers the opportunity to drive organizational change and shape our corporate culture from the ground up.

In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HR operations. You will develop and implement HR policies that align with our business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your expertise will be crucial in managing employee relations, conducting performance appraisals, and designing competitive compensation and benefits packages. You will also lead the recruitment strategy to ensure we attract high-caliber talent that fits our vision.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for a workforce of 2000+ employees.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in an HRD Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle HR operations for large companies with 2000+ employees.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment standards, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
