Dapu Cell Indonesia is seeking a strategic and experienced HRD Manager to lead our Human Resources department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of our human capital management systems. As a Mandarin Speaker, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our diverse workforce and top management, fostering a collaborative environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the company's HR systems, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Act as the primary bridge between employees and senior management, ensuring clear communication.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage employee performance and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Facilitate Mandarin language communication to support international collaboration.
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent suitable for the organization.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
