We're seeking a dynamic individual who fluently bridges Mandarin and English to drive seamless cross-cultural collaboration in our Jakarta-based operations. As our HRD Mandarin Speaker, you'll leverage your bilingual expertise to facilitate critical HR processes across diverse teams, ensuring alignment between corporate policies and local practices. You'll be instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values both international and local perspectives while maintaining compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate bilingual Mandarin-English communication between international teams and HR department
- Lead recruitment processes for Mandarin-speaking candidates across all organizational levels
- Develop and implement cross-cultural training programs to enhance team collaboration
- Manage employee relations issues with sensitivity to cultural nuances and language barriers
- Coordinate onboarding programs for international staff relocating to Jakarta
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Act as primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking staff regarding HR concerns and benefits
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and professional English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with cross-cultural team management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
