Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Oversee employee relations activities including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Conduct training needs assessments and organize professional development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support talent management strategies and succession planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
