Harrisma is seeking a dedicated HRD Recruitment specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract top-tier talent for Sales, Presales, Consultants, and Technical positions.
As part of our growing team in East Java, you will shape our employer brand and build a robust talent pipeline that drives business growth. We are looking for a proactive leader who excels in full-cycle hiring and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities in the technology industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding for Sales, Presales, Consultant, and Technical roles.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pool through networking, social media, and industry events specific to IT and distribution.
- Collaborative Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Harrisma's reputation as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture and benefits to potential candidates.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in Jawa Timur.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR recruitment, with specific experience in the IT Distribution or Technology industry preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team or lead recruitment initiatives independently.
