Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct active headhunting and strategic sourcing of high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
