Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent
- Oversee employee administration systems including personnel files, contracts, and documentation
- Handle BPJS enrollment, compliance, and employee benefit administration
- Implement and maintain accurate attendance tracking and leave management systems
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company HR policies
- Conduct employee relations activities including conflict resolution and performance support
- Generate HR reports for management and regulatory compliance purposes
- Assist in developing HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment and employee administration
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and attendance management software
- Strong knowledge of employee onboarding and documentation procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
