Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
  • Design, implement, and coordinate employee training programs aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing including benefits calculations and statutory compliance
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data and documentation
  • Conduct workforce analysis and provide insights for strategic HR planning

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage sensitive matters
  • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
