Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals through mentorship and strategic guidance
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement modern HR systems for performance management and employee development
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Develop and execute compensation strategies including team-based commission structures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Foster positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and career pathing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, BPJS, Manpower Law)
- Proven experience implementing HRIS and digital HR solutions
- Strong leadership abilities with team management and coaching expertise
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) preferred
- Experience in multinational or trade industry preferred
