Berkarya Indonesia Sejahtera Andal is seeking a strategic and results-driven HRDGA Manager to lead our human resources operations in Depok, Jawa Barat. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the Director and oversee a dynamic team including HR Supervisor, Recruitment Staff, HR Administration & Payroll, Training & Development, General Affairs Staff, and Organizational Development specialists. This pivotal role requires you to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will drive talent acquisition initiatives, optimize payroll systems, implement robust training programs, and ensure seamless general affairs operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the HR team, including supervision of HR Supervisor, Recruitment Staff, HR Administration & Payroll, Training & Development, General Affairs Staff, and Organizational Development specialists
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company culture
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across all organizational levels
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Manage general affairs operations including facilities, vendor relationships, and administrative support
- Drive organizational development initiatives to improve workforce efficiency and engagement
- Advise senior leadership on HR best practices, labor law compliance, and workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience with recruitment, payroll, training, and general affairs oversight
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (PPK, UU Ketenagakerjaan) and HR compliance requirements
- Proven experience leading HR teams and driving organizational development initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll management software
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in contract-based HR management and flexible workforce models
