PT Accesstech Super Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRGA Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that our daily business activities run seamlessly while providing comprehensive support to our Human Resources department.

We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an HRGA Executive, you will manage a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, ranging from office management and facilities coordination to supporting recruitment and employee administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their skill set across both General Affairs and HR functions within a dynamic company.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and supplies procurement.
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee welfare activities, company events, and office health and safety protocols.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, building contractors, and service providers.
  • Process and monitor office operational expenses and ensure budget adherence for general services.
  • Prepare periodic reports on HRGA activities for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an HRGA, Office Management, or Admin role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
