Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, employment contracts, attendance tracking, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate monthly disbursements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS regulations, and company internal policies.
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Handle employee relations inquiries and resolve conflicts or grievances in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide effective solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar generalist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Manpower Regulation, and social security administration (BPJS).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRIS or recruitment software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
