Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration including employee records, documentation, and policy implementation
  • Lead recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding of qualified candidates
  • Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture
  • Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
  • Support daily HR operations including leave management, benefits administration, and employee relations
  • Coordinate HR documentation and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
  • Facilitate Korean language communication for HR processes with Korean-speaking staff

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or GA roles
  • Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) and proficiency in English/Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
