Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Lead talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture
- Oversee performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and implementing development plans
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor regulations
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations, procurement, and facilities management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR information systems and employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the events industry or a similar fast-paced service-oriented business is preferred
