Join PT Cahaya Surga Hijab as our HRGA & Legal Manager and lead our Human Resources, General Administration, and Legal functions in the dynamic retail fashion and apparel industry. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who can drive organizational excellence through comprehensive HR programs, operational efficiency, and legal compliance. You'll oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and risk mitigation while ensuring alignment with our business objectives in Indonesia's vibrant fashion sector. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Indonesian labor regulations, corporate governance, and cross-functional leadership to support our growing team and retail operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation systems
- Manage general administrative functions including facilities, procurement, and office operations
- Oversee legal compliance matters including labor contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory adherence
- Lead HRGA and Legal team through mentorship, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Advise senior leadership on HR trends, labor law updates, and risk mitigation strategies
- Design and enforce company policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations and industry best practices
- Manage employee relations programs including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and culture development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, GA, and legal functions with retail/fashion industry background
- Deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR compliance regulations
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and implement practical solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and legal documentation software
