- Develop and execute strategic manpower planning aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for employee development

- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with legal focus
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS implementation and management
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
