Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies
- Manage employee relations programs and conflict resolution processes
- Oversee general affairs operations including facilities management and vendor coordination
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards
- Manage payroll administration and benefits programs
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff advancement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial sector HR practices
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP/SPHR) certification advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
