We are seeking a dynamic HRGA Manager to spearhead our Human Resources and General Affairs operations in Batam. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversee General Affairs operations including office management, procurement, logistics, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement HR policies, compensation structures, and compliance frameworks
- Manage recruitment pipelines to attract top talent through strategic sourcing and employer branding
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development
- Optimize GA budgeting, vendor contracts, and administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5+ years progressive HR/General management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and HR best practices
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, compensation design, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
