Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and optimize HRGA functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Oversee general affairs operations including facilities management, vendor relations, and administrative support
  • Coordinate employee development programs including training, performance reviews, and career pathing
  • Ensure workplace safety, legal compliance, and ethical HR practices across all departments

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 5 years progressive HRGA experience with 2+ years in managerial role
  • Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR compliance frameworks
  • Proven track record in developing HR policies, SOPs, and performance improvement systems
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, HR analytics tools)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
