Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in competitive markets
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including training programs, performance management systems, and retention strategies
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (Manpower Act, BPJS regulations) and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning solutions
- Implement HR policies and procedures to promote fair employment practices and organizational development
- Manage general affairs operations including workplace safety, facilities management, and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial/supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management systems
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional HR teams
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strategic thinking ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
