Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals in competitive markets
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives including training programs, performance management systems, and retention strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (Manpower Act, BPJS regulations) and maintain accurate HR documentation
  • Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning solutions
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to promote fair employment practices and organizational development
  • Manage general affairs operations including workplace safety, facilities management, and vendor relationships

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial/supervisory role
  • Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management systems
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional HR teams
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strategic thinking ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
