Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives in chemical manufacturing
- Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding technical talent
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions per Indonesian labor laws
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive market positioning
- Coordinate general administrative functions including facilities management and vendor relations
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in industrial settings
- Analyze HR metrics to inform workforce planning and organizational development
- Collaborate with Japanese headquarters to align HR policies with global standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR management experience in chemical manufacturing
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (KHK) and industrial regulations
- Proven experience managing recruitment cycles for technical/operational roles
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Experience working in Japanese multinational corporations preferred
- Certifications in SHRM, HRBP, or equivalent professional credentials
