Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 7+ years progressive HR/GA management experience in Consumer Electronics
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Strategic planning skills with ability to translate business needs into HR strategies
  • Experience implementing HRIS and administrative automation systems
  • Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective stakeholder communication
