- Lead comprehensive HR and General Administration functions for Consumer Electronics division
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier industry professionals
- Drive organizational development initiatives including training programs and succession planning
- Oversee infrastructure improvements and administrative process optimization
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
- Manage HR budget and implement cost-effective operational solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Lead and develop HR/GA team members through coaching and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years progressive HR/GA management experience in Consumer Electronics
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strategic planning skills with ability to translate business needs into HR strategies
- Experience implementing HRIS and administrative automation systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective stakeholder communication
