Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing and technical roles
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Japanese corporate culture
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for all employees
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HRGA experience in manufacturing sector
- Proven experience working with Japanese companies preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural competency
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
