Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Handle employee relations matters, including onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Oversee office administration, including facilities management, inventory control, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and ensure proper implementation
  • Manage general affairs tasks such as office maintenance, security, and event organization
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
