PT Winner Power Indonesia is seeking a dynamic HRGA & Purchasing Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. This dual-role opportunity offers the chance to shape our organizational culture while optimizing procurement operations. You'll be instrumental in managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration—while simultaneously overseeing vendor relationships, sourcing strategic materials, and maintaining inventory excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for all departments
  • Manage employee administration functions including contract management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation
  • Oversee purchasing operations including vendor selection, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and invoice verification
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with departments for material requirements, and implement stock optimization strategies
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and purchasing activities for management review and decision-making

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of combined experience in HR administration and purchasing roles
  • Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations and procurement best practices
  • Advanced skills in HRIS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HR, or similar)
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in vendor contract management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or Procurement Certification (CIPS) preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment
