Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic HR planning and execution for the HRGA division
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and talent pipeline development
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and conflict resolution
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare strategic reports for leadership
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, BPJS, etc.)
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP/SPHR) preferred
