Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer employee lifecycle functions including performance management, training coordination, and exit procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy implementation
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration for all employees
  • Conduct workforce analysis and prepare HR reports for management decision-making
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution preferred
