Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
- Oversee general affairs functions including office maintenance, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Handle administrative tasks such as employee records management, document processing, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies across all HR operations
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication programs
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA or similar HR support roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
