Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate general affairs operations including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance
- Facilitate internal communications and team discussions to ensure alignment on organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPI tracking and feedback mechanisms
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Implement administrative systems for efficient resource allocation and budget management
- Conduct regular audits of operational processes to identify improvement opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA or administrative coordination roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and office productivity software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proven experience in team coordination and performance evaluation
