As the HRGA Superintendent, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies that foster a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to Indonesian labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage HRGA teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal performance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent for the organization
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively
- Optimize HRGA budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HRGA strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRGA management
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and office management software
- Experience in a multinational or large organization is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
