Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to meet business needs.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations in Indonesia.
- Lead and conduct performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
- Manage employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and personnel files in the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
