In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce and ensuring a supportive, compliant, and engaging work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring that our employees feel valued and our organizational goals are met. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to meet business needs.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations in Indonesia.
  • Lead and conduct performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Manage employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and personnel files in the HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate professional development.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
