Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across all departments
- Lead recruitment strategies including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits programs, and compliance with labor laws
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements
- Supervise HR team members and provide mentorship for professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PP 78/2015, UU 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employee development programs
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) is highly desirable
