Chemarome Indonesia is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HRGA Supervisor to lead Human Resources and General Affairs operations within our dynamic manufacturing facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead HR & GA Operations: Oversee the daily execution of HR and General Affairs functions, including payroll processing, attendance management, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Recruitment Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure the factory maintains optimal staffing levels, from sourcing candidates to conducting final interviews.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and internal company policies to mitigate risks and maintain legal compliance.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employees, handling grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance the competency and safety of the workforce.
- Facility & Admin Support: Manage office supplies, logistics, and security protocols to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Engagement Activities: Organize company events, welfare programs, and engagement initiatives to boost team morale.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, employment contracts, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Location: Must be willing to be based in Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
