Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor HRGA team members to ensure efficient HR operations and administrative functions
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for FMCG/Food industry roles
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company standards
- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions
- Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HRGA experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing industry
- Proven supervisory experience with team management responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in HR or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) is preferred
