Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience as HRIS Functional Analyst with UKG Workforce Pro
- Expertise in payroll/time system integration for manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with system implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
