We're seeking a meticulous HRIS Officer to manage our Human Resources Information Systems and drive operational excellence. This pivotal role ensures seamless HR data management, system optimization, and process compliance while supporting our dynamic team in Bali's premier hospitality destination.
You'll be the technical backbone of our HR operations, maintaining data integrity across employee records, payroll, and benefits administration. Collaborate with department heads to implement HRIS enhancements, troubleshoot system issues, and generate actionable analytics. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage HRIS database integrity, security protocols, and system backups
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and vendor collaboration for HRIS platforms
- Develop custom HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Train HR staff on HRIS functionality and process optimization techniques
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and data protection regulations
- Coordinate employee data migrations during organizational changes
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years experience with HRIS administration (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in data management and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or luxury service industry preferred
- Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) is advantageous
