This critical role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with precision and expertise. You'll ensure seamless data integrity across employee records, payroll integration, and compliance documentation while supporting our global HR operations. This position offers the unique opportunity to work during a graveyard shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Manila time), providing an ideal schedule for night owls seeking focused, uninterrupted system management. Located in the prestigious Jollibee Tower in Ortigas Center, you'll collaborate with HR teams to optimize system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements that enhance employee experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain HRIS databases ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Configure system settings and workflows to align with HR policies and compliance requirements
- Generate and analyze HR reports for leadership decision-making
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT vendors for technical support
- Train HR staff on HRIS functionality and best practices
- Implement system upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with IT teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPA) and audit requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience with hands-on system management
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data management
- Experience with reporting tools and data visualization
- Ability to work independently during graveyard shift schedule
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and data privacy regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
