- Manage and maintain HRIS platforms ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive HR reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and process optimization initiatives
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff on system functionalities
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and HR policies
- Collaborate with IT vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution
- Document HRIS procedures and maintain system configuration standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on HRIS management experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced skills in HR data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance
- Experience in system implementation and change management
- Certification in HRIS or HR technology preferred
