Tanggung Jawab
- Manage HRIS data integrity and system configurations
- Process payroll calculations including PPH 21, BPJSTK, and BPJSKES
- Develop and maintain HR reports for leadership decision-making
- Coordinate system upgrades and user training sessions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT support
- Optimize HR processes through technology solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of HRIS or payroll administration experience
- Expertise in Indonesian payroll calculations (PPH 21, BPJSTK, BPJSKES)
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with data accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
