Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Telexindo Bizmart is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Support Specialist to oversee our critical Human Resources Information Systems. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for managing the employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire, ensuring that all data within our database is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.

Your daily responsibilities will include generating comprehensive organizational reports using Power BI to drive strategic decision-making and managing daily attendance logs via BioTime. You will work closely with the HR team to troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, and streamline administrative processes. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to improving the efficiency of our HR operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle within the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Generate and analyze organizational reports using Power BI to support management decision-making.
  • Oversee and maintain the BioTime attendance system, troubleshooting access issues and reporting discrepancies.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits of the employee database.
  • Collaborate with HR departments to implement system improvements and updates.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by updating candidate status within the system.
  • Provide technical support to HR staff regarding HRIS functionalities and troubleshooting.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, specifically focusing on the Hire to Retire process.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Familiarity with BioTime attendance management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and data entry best practices.
