Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Technical Consultant to join our expanding IT solutions team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between human resources strategy and technical execution, ensuring our clients' HR systems are optimized, integrated, and performing at peak efficiency.

As an HRIS Technical Consultant, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex HR information systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, driving digital transformation in HR operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Consult with clients to analyze HR processes and define technical requirements for HRIS implementation.
  • Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet specific organizational workflows and reporting needs.
  • Manage end-to-end system testing, including data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with existing payroll, time-attendance, and ERP systems.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and training to end-users and HR administrators.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and data security.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance, or technical consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or local equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, including payroll, talent management, and performance appraisal.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data migration tools, and API integrations for system connectivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
