Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to analyze HR processes and define technical requirements for HRIS implementation.
- Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet specific organizational workflows and reporting needs.
- Manage end-to-end system testing, including data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with existing payroll, time-attendance, and ERP systems.
- Provide expert technical guidance and training to end-users and HR administrators.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support data-driven HR decision-making.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and data security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance, or technical consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or local equivalent).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, including payroll, talent management, and performance appraisal.
- Proficiency in SQL, data migration tools, and API integrations for system connectivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
