Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Japanese corporate standards and Indonesian labor regulations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for industrial positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate training programs and performance management systems
  • Handle payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
  • Collaborate with department heads on organizational development initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Experience working in Japanese multinational companies highly desirable
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
