Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain HSE documentation systems, including incident reports, safety audits, and compliance records
- Coordinate safety training programs and workshops for staff across multiple departments
- Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare regular compliance reports for management
- Liaise with external authorities and regulatory bodies regarding safety compliance matters
- Support internal safety audits and inspections by preparing documentation and follow-up actions
- Manage HSE administrative budgets and inventory of safety equipment and materials
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE administrative support or safety coordination
- Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act 1994 and relevant safety regulations
- Certification in First Aid or HSE management (e.g., ISO 45001) is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
