You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop incident prevention strategies, conduct training sessions, and maintain meticulous documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HSE policies aligned with Indonesian regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training programs
- Monitor environmental compliance for waste management and emissions
- Maintain HSE documentation and prepare regulatory reports
- Lead safety awareness campaigns and promote employee engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of HSE coordination experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Certification in OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HSE management software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
