Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and local regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular facility safety inspections, electrical system audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate workplace incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Oversee maintenance, testing, and safety compliance of electrical systems, machinery, and installations
- Deliver targeted safety training programs for employees on electrical hazards and emergency procedures
- Monitor HSE KPIs, prepare compliance reports, and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and maintain all required safety certifications and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Safety Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in HSE and electrical roles within manufacturing
- Certification in OSH/ISO 45001 standards and electrical safety protocols
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (SNI) and occupational safety regulations
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and safety lockout/tagout procedures
- Excellent analytical skills for incident investigation and risk mitigation
- Certification in first aid/CPR and emergency response procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software
